Julian Noor
President Commissioner/Independent Commissioner
Julian Noor was born in Amuntai Kalsel in 1961 and graduated from the Bogor Agricultural Institute (IPB) in 1985 and Master of Management of STIE Bumiputera in 2004 and an alumnus of the Insurance School of Japan, Tokyo (ISJ) in 1999. Appointed as President Commissioner/Independent Commissioner based on the Decree of the Minister of SOEs no SK-246 /MBU/07/2021 since July 22, 2021 after completing his duties as Independent Commissioner of PT Asuransi Jasa Indonesia (Jasindo).
He is an insurance practitioner who has had a 30-year career in the insurance industry and last served as President Director of Adira Insurance until April 2020. He started his career in the industry as an Underwriter since 1989 and some of the executive positions he has held are as Executive Director of the Indonesian General Insurance Association (AAUI) in 2011-2017, Deputy Director of the Indonesian Insurance Education Institute (LPAI) in 2015-2017, Director of Himalaya Insurance in 2010-2011, Deputy President Director, Marketing Director and Technical Director of Asuransi Bumida in 2003-2010.
He holds the title of Ajun Ahli Asuransi Kerugian (AAAIK) since 1994 and Insurance Risk Management Expert (AMRP) in 2016. He was previously also active as a Member of the Indonesian General Insurance Association (AAUI), The Indonesian Insurance Council (DAI) and as a Lecturer at the Indonesian Insurance Education Institute (LPAI), The College of Risk Management & Insurance (STIMRA) and The Jakarta Insurance Institute (JII).

Reza Yamora Siregar

Born in Palembang on December 13, 1966. Completed his Doctor of Philosophy (1994) and Master of Arts (1992) at Brown University.
He currently serves as Senior Executive Vice President of Indonesia Financial Group since 2021, and as Special Advisor to the Coordinating Minister for Economic Affairs since 2020. Member of Faculty of Bank Indonesia Institute since 2012. Australia Indonesia Partnership for Economic Development (PROSPERA) Senior Financial Sector Advisor since 2020.
Appointed as Independent Commissioner of PT. Reasuransi Indonesia Utama (Persero) since March 16, 2022 based on the Decree of the Minister of SOEs Number. SK-79/MBU/03/2022 concerning Dismissal and Appointment of Members of the Board of Commissioners of the Company PT Reasuransi Indonesia Utama (Persero).

Lie Suratno
Komisaris
Lie Suratno lahir tahun 1977. Menyelesaikan pendidikan Sarjana Hukum pada tahun 2000, beliau pernah menjabat sebagai Staf Khusus Wakil Ketua DPR RI.
Ditetapkan sebagai Komisaris PT Reasuransi Indonesia Utama (Persero) sejak tanggal 17 Oktober 2016 berdasarkan Surat Keputusan Menteri BUMN Nomor. SK-240/MBU/10/2019 tentang Pemberhentian, Pengalihan Tugas dan Pengangkatan Anggota-Anggota Dewan Kom6isaris Perusahaan Perseroan (Persero) PT. Reasuransi Indonesia Utama.
Ditetapkan sebagai Komisaris PT Reasuransi Indonesia Utama (Persero) sejak tanggal 17 Oktober 2016 berdasarkan Surat Keputusan Menteri BUMN Nomor. SK-240/MBU/10/2019 tentang Pemberhentian, Pengalihan Tugas dan Pengangkatan Anggota-Anggota Dewan Kom6isaris Perusahaan Perseroan (Persero) PT. Reasuransi Indonesia Utama.
