Profile of KSAK
In order to increase non-oil and gas exports, the government has provided various facilities for exporters, including exemption from import duties and additional import duties, suspension of Value Added Tax (PPN) on imported goods and materials to be used in the manufacture of export commodities. This is stated in the Decree of the Minister of Finance No. 615/KMK.01/1997 dated January 16th 1998 as well as in the Letter No. SE.01 / BE / 1998.
