PT Reasuransi Syariah Indonesia (known as ReINDO Syariah) officially operated on June 1st 2016 as the First Full Fledge Retakaful in Indonesia. This Sharia Reinsurance Company is a result of the Spin Off of ReINDO's Sharia Reinsurance Division. We have received a business license and portfolio transfer from the Financial Services Authority (OJK). According to Eko Supriyanto Hadi, ReINDO's Finance Director, as “Indonesia Pioneer Retakaful”, PT ReINDO Syariah has full support from OJK, ReINDO as a shareholder and Ministry of State Owned Enterprises (BUMN).
