Benny Waworuntu
President Director
Born in 1967, Benny obtained his full Professional Bachelo's Degree from the Faculty of Psychology, University of Indonesia. He was appointed as the President Director of PT Reasuransi Indonesia Utama (Persero) based on the Decree of the Minister of BUMN No. SK-41 / MBU / 02/2021 dated February 4, 2021, after completing his position as Compliance Director of PT Mandiri AXA General Insurance.
He has more than 20 years of experience in the life insurance, general insurance and reinsurance industries with various positions, such as President Commissioner of PT AXA Financial Indonesia, President Commissioner of PT Asuransi AXA Indonesia, Commissioner of PT AXA Assset Management Indonesia, Director & Head of Indonesia in Swiss Re, based in Singapore and Executive Director of the Indonesian Life Insurance Association (AAJI) as well as the Vice President at Manulife Indonesia.
Benny, who holds Insurance Risk Management Expert (AMRP) title, is still active in the Indonesian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (KADIN) as Deputy Head of the Monetary Policy & Financial Services Agency for Insurance and Pension Funds (2021-2026). He also served as Deputy Chairman of the Standing Committee on Insurance and Pension Funds (2017-2021).
Maria Elvida Rita Dewi
Finance and Actuarial Director
Born in 1972 in Madiun, East Java. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Mathematics in 1995 at Universitas Indonesia and a Master of Business Administration in Finance at Universitas Gajah Mada in 2015. She was appointed as Director of Finance and Actuarial of PT Reasuransi Indonesia Utama (Persero) on 20 May 2021 based on the Decree of the Minister of BUMN No. SK-159/MBU/05/2021.
Previously she served as Chief Actuary (2021) at PT Sinarmas MSIG Life, Chief Financial Officer (2019-2021) and Chief Actuary (2018-2019) at PT Bhinneka Life Indonesia, Chief Actuary (2016-2018) at PT Astra Aviva Life and as Chief Finance Officer (2014-2016), Chief Business Development (2011-2014), and Chief Actuary (2009-2011) at PT AJ. Generali Indonesia.
With more than 25 years of experience in the Life Insurance Industry, she has acquired various professional degrees, including Fellow of The Society of Actuaries of Indonesia (FSAI), Associate of Indonesian Insurance Institute (AAAJI), Certified Professional Life and Health Insurance (CPLHI), Insurance Company Risk Management Certification (MRPP) and Certified Risk Management Professional for Life Insurance (BNSP).
Robbi Yanuar Walid
Risk Management, Compliance, Human Capital and Corporate Secretary Director
He was appointed as Director of Risk Management, Compliance, Human Capital and Corporate Secretary of PT Reasuransi Indonesia Utama (Persero) on 22 July 2021 based on the Decree of the Minister of BUMN No. SK-247/MBU/07/2021.
He has a consistent career in Legal and Compliance. Previously he served as Director of Human Capital & Compliance at PT Bhinneka Life Indonesia (March 2021), Chief Legal, Compliance, Risk Management & Corporate Secretary at PT Bhinneka Life Indonesia, Corporate Legal Department Head at PT Serasi Auto Raya, Assistant Vice President - Head of Legal & Compliance at Allianz Indonesia, Vice President - Country Head of Legal and Compliance at AXA Indonesia.
He has attended a variety of seminars related to Legal, Risk and Compliance. He has also received a number of certifications. Some of them are Certified Risk Governance Professional (CRGP) from the Global Integrated Risk Management Association (GIRMA), Competency Certification - Integrated Risk Governance Expert from the National Professional Certification Agency (BNSP) - Risk Management Professional Certification Institute (LSPMR).
Beatrix Santi Anugrah
Development and Information Technology Director
Has a career history of more than 23 years at PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk. Has served as Vice President Head of Wealth Management & Pension Fund at Strategic Investment & Subsidiaries Management Group (2018 - 2019), Vice President Head of Private and Sales Wealth Management Group (2017-2018), Vice President Head of Private Banking from 2012 to 2017, as Branch Manager at 5 Bank Mandiri Branch Offices (2000-2011) and Area Head jakarta Sudirman Region V-Jakarta in 2012.
With more than 23 years of experience in the world of finance and banking, she has several certifications achieved, including banking certification for risk management held by LSPP, Certified Wealth Manager issued by CWMA and organized by Gadjah Mada University, and Pension Fund General Management Certification (MUDP) organized by the Pension Fund Association.
Delil Khairat
Technical Operations Director
He has more than 20 years of experience in both the general insurance and reinsurance industries with several positions including Vice President- Market Underwriter and Senior Client Manager at Swiss Re Retakaful from 2014 to 2022 in Kuala Lumpur, Head of Underwriting at ACR Retafakul Berhard from 2010 to 2014, and Treaty Manager at Hannover Re from 2007 to 2010.
He has achieved several international qualifications including advanced diploma of chartered insurance institute (ACII), certified Islamic financial planner in Kuala Lumpur, and fellow of Islamic insurance society.
