"Bussines and Fun" Indonesia Rendezvous 2018 at the Hospitality Room Indonesia Re
(Bali, (25/10). PT Reasuransi Indonesia Utama (Persero) or Indonesia Re reopens a hospitality room at BNDCC, Bali, where the Indonesia Rendezvous 2018 event will be held.
"This hospitality room is a place to hold meetings and discussions with guests and invitees of Indonesia Re offering a different atmosphere unlike in Jakarta," said Arie Surya Nugraha, Head of the CEM Division and General Reinsurance Administration of Indonesia Re. In this room, there is also a fun area that provides a photo booth arena and golf putting games.
"In accordance with the principle of Indonesia Re service for 2018-2019, namely New Excellent Service Plus (NES +) where customer experience management is the basis for improving Indonesia's Re services in the future so that customers feel happy and well served," he continued.
Apart from a technical aspect, Indonesia Re will continue to update and accelerate its services, such as in the process of business acceptance and claim payments.
