Holds Breakfasting Together, Indonesia Re invites 160 relational companies

Jakarta (ANTARA) - To strengthen friendship, a state-owned reinsurance company, Indonesia Re, has again held a routine Ramadan event (bukber) with its relations. A total of 160 companies from insurance, reinsurance, brokers, to government agencies were invited to share happiness.

Re Kocu A. Hutagalung, Indonesia's Operational Engineering Director, said that his party had held a joint Bukber event for 17 consecutive years, not only to strengthen ties, but also to build familiarity in doing business.

"I can say that the Breakfasting Gathering of Indonesia Re is the largest in the Indonesian insurance and reinsurance industry because we are the market leader in this industry," Kocu said when met at Balai Sudirman, South Jakarta, Thursday.

Events like this, Kocu continued, allow all stakeholders in the insurance/reinsurance industry to meet, to not only discuss business more casually, but also to bond so as to create a more fluid relationship with a better business development orientation.

"Imagine, on one roof, we can meet OJK, AAUI, AAJI, adjuster, and all other stakeholders. We want to help build a better insurance/reinsurance industry climate.

Met on the same occasion, Deputy Head of Product Management Division of BRI Life Salastin Avriliati expressed his appreciation for all the efforts that Indonesia Re continues to make to not only improve its services, but also to build better partnerships with relationship companies.

"Indonesia Re can always be a reliable partner. They not only provide a diverse product portfolio, but can also be a business discussion partner for us," he said.

After 16 consecutive years of iftar events held at The Indonesia Re headquarters, during Ramadan 2019/1440 H, Indonesia Re held this event at Balai Sudirman to facilitate more invited guests. The event was also enlivened by performances from the band Debu.
