Minister of BUMN Appoints New Member of Directors of Indonesia Re

Jakarta - The Ministry of State-Owned Enterprises (BUMN) has appointed a new member of the Board of Directors of PT. Reasuransi Indonesia Utama (Persero) or Indonesia Re on Friday (1/2). The BUMN Minister appointed Assistant Deputy for BUMN Business Development and Privatization Imam Bustomi as Director of Finance & HR Indonesia Re replacing Eko Supriyanto Hadi and Putri Eka Sukmawati as Director of Development, Risk Management and Compliance Indonesia Re replacing Adi Pramana.
Located on the 6th floor of the BUMN Ministry Office, Jalan Medan Merdeka Selatan No. 13 Central Jakarta, the event was opened by the Deputy for Business Infrastructure, Hambra at 09.00 WIB. The event was attended by the Board of Directors of Indonesia Re, the Board of Commissioners of Indonesia Re, and officials from the Ministry of BUMN.
Copy of the Decree of the Minister of BUMN Number: SK-33 / MBU / 02/2019 concerning the Dismissal and Appointment of Members of the Board of Directors of a Limited Liability Company (Persero) PT. Main Indonesia Reinsurance was submitted by the Deputy for Business Infrastructure at the Ministry of BUMN.
Through this Decree of the Minister of State-Owned Enterprises (BUMN), starting from February 1, 2019, Imam Bustomi has served as Director of Finance & Human Resources for Indonesia Re and Putri Eka Sukmawati has served as Director of Development, Risk Management & Compliance of Indonesia Re with new provisions to carry out her duties as members of the Board of Directors after obtaining approval from the Financial Services Authority (OJK).
Thus, the Board of Directors of Indonesia Re becomes, as follows:
