MoU Signing with BMKG
Jakarta, April 25, 2017. The MoU signing ceremony between PT Reasuransi Indonesia Utama (Persero) and the Meteorology and Geophysics Agency (BMKG) was held at Hotel Mercure, Ancol. This MoU is a collaborative research and development of meteorological, climatological and geophysical information for the national insurance industry, as well as providing data and disseminating meteorological and geophysical information related to the national insurance industry.
The signing ceremony was carried out in the opening of the BMKG National Coordination Meeting which was attended by all BMKG ranks from all over Indonesia, around 350 participants. The signing of the MoU was carried out in the presence of the Minister of Transportation of the Republic of Indonesia who also officially opened the National Coordination Meeting. Other with Indonesia Re, BMKG also signed an MoU with 15 agencies, including universities and local governments throughout Indonesia. The National Coordination Meeting of the BMKG was attended by all BMKG ranks throughout Indonesia itself will last until April 28, 2017.
