Signing of the MoU between Indonesia Re and the Attorney General's Office of the Republic of Indonesia
In order to strengthen Indonesia Re's position as a state-owned national reinsurance company and to anticipate the legal problems it will face, PT Reasuransi Indonesia Utama (Persero) collaborates with the Attorney General's Office of the Republic of Indonesia in handling problems that may occur in the field of civil law and state administration.
On Tuesday, December, 20 2016, at the Attorney General's Office building of the Republic of Indonesia, a Memorandum of Understanding was signed between PT Reasuransi Indonesia Utama (Persero) and the Attorney General's Office in the field of handling civil law and state administration issues.
The signing was carried out by the President Director of PT Reasuransi Indonesia Utama, Frans Y Sahusilawane, and the Deputy Attorney General for Civil and State Administration, Bambang Setyo Wahyudi. This MoU is valid for 2 years and can be extended.
