Gratitude Strengthens Our Spirit to Face Challenges in 2020

Jakarta – Indonesia Re Finance and Human Resources Director, Imam Bustomi, stated that being grateful for the company's achievements last year will strengthen our spirit in facing the challenges in 2020.
This was expressed by Imam as he attended a motivation seminar entitled 'Thankful for What We Have', which was attended by all employees and board of directors.
"In order to always be motivated and enthusiastic, however the condition is, we must be grateful for what we already have. This is an asset to be able to do more things," said Bustomi in Jakarta.
Bustomi further explained that Indonesia Re routinely holds motivational seminars at the beginning of the year aiming that employees do not only complete their tasks, but in the process enjoy and collaborate with friends in their work environment.
"We believe that together we can face every challenge the company faces. We hope that employees continue to keep their spirits up until the end of the year," he said.
In this occasion, an integrity pact, code of conduct and confidentiality agreement was signed by all employees and company directors. The signing of the three documents was an effort to ensure the implementation of Good Corporate Governance (GCG).
Meanwhile, Director of Development, Risk Management and Compliance of Indonesia Re, Putri Eka Sukmawati, shared that the signing of the three documents is updated every year as a reminder for employees regarding matters that should and should not be done.
"Especially since 60 percent of Indonesian Re employees are the millennial generation, future leaders of this company, therefore they must own integrity, possess good ethics, must not carry out corruption and fraud," he said.
