Strengthening Friendship with Ceding Companies, Indonesia Re Holds a 2018 After Party

 
Jakarta (Antara News) - State-owned reinsurance company, PT Reasuransi Indonesia Utama (Indonesia Re) held the 2018 Indonesia Re After Party in order to strengthen closeness with general insurance and life insurance ceding companies.
 
The activity that was held at The Pallas SCBD Sudirman, Jakarta, was attended by the board of directors of Indonesia Re, namely the Director of Indonesian Operations Engineering Re, Kocu Andre Hutagalung, Director of Development, Risk Management & Compliance, Adi Pramana, and Director of Finance & HR, Eko Supriyanto Hadi.
  
"This activity aims to foster and strengthen good relations, achieve customer or ceding company satisfaction, which is expected to increase business cooperation between Indonesia Re and its ceding company," said General Reinsurance CEM & Adm Division Head of Indonesia Re, Ari Surya Nugraha, at the event.
 
The event that started at 18.00 PM was guided by MC Angie Ang featuring a number of top Indonesian artists such as, Ari Lasso, Cokelat, and DJ Freya.
 
"Usually, business relationships tend to be serious. Through this event, we want to show our clients that we can also create a fun atmosphere," said Ari.
 
He further explained that the selection of themes and music from the 90s was chosen because at this time many managers in insurance companies are categorized young millennials.
 
"However we don't want to leave those in their 40s and above. We invited Ari Lasso as many youngsters are also familiar to his songs. So it's a mix between 35 years and over and 35 years old under, "he said.
 
After this event, Ari said that Indonesia Re hopes that its business relationship with the ceding company would grow closer. Especially for the employees of Indonesia Re, who in the last three years have recruited around 50 young individuals.
 
"Through this event, we also ask them to mingle. Therefore, this event is where they meet with ceding companies and get to interact closely," he said.
