32nd Anniversary, Indonesia Re Holds Social Service Event
Jakarta (Antara News) – State-Owned reinsurance company, Indonesia Re, held its 32nd anniversary event to share with others. Located at Jalan Matraman Dalam 3, Central Jakarta, Tuesday (28/11), the company held a charity event, including giving out basic necessities, free medical examinations, and a bazaar selling clothing.
"This is one form of our contribution to the communities around our work environment," expressed Indonesian Re Corporate Secretary, Novis Asria.
This event is a annual routine activity held by this state-owned company. In addition to social service, this company also held a series of internal events such as handing awards to employees with a service period of 10-25 years and scholarships to a number of outstanding employees' children.
Mawardi, representative of the residents of Matraman Dalam I, expressed his gratitude for the attention and assistance provided by Indonesia Re. "This activity is very beneficial for us, especially all the proceeds from sales will be donated to several mosques and prayer facilities," he said.
At the event, Indonesia Re distributed 500 packages of affordable basic necessities and medical examinations for 100 patients. Meanwhile, all the proceeds from the sales will be donated to several local mosques and prayer facilities.
