Foster Partner Capacity Building: Indonesia Re - PT Gelar Mapan Sejahtera

Yogyakarta, April 7 2017. Capacity Building for Indonesia Re Foster Partners – PT Gelar Mapan Sejahtera was officially opened on April 5, 2017 by Group Head of CSR & PKBL Indonesia Re, Fredi Aris Setiawan and Commissioner of PT Gelar Mapan Sejahtera, Yudi Ivana. In his remarks, Fredi explained the obligation of Indonesia Re as one of the state-owned company to channel funds set aside from the Company's profits for Partnership Programs (PK) and also Community Development (BL) for the community, especially SMEs in Indonesia so that they can grow and become independent.

The Capacity Building activity was held for the first time for foster partners of Indonesia Re at Prawirotaman Gallery Hotel, Yogyakarta. The event that took place from April 5-7 2017, was attended by 40 partners. Indonesia Re's fostered partners were divided into 4 groups, namely the goat program, the parrot fish program, the catfish program, and the jeep rental program all located in the Special Region of Yogyakarta and Central Java (Boyolali). This program is part of coaching by Indonesia Re and PT Gelar Mapan Sejahtera in providing non-technical training to foster partners.

 

 

 

As a speaker, Agus Irawan gave several presentations. The first material was entitled Group Dynamics & Leadership, followed by the second material, The Tanggung Renteng System that was delivered from noon to evening. The first day was all about basic leadership material, motivating all foster partners, interspersed with games to add fun to the training. Material on Entrepreneurship and Household & Business Financial Management was delivered on the second and third day, and Agus Irawan presented material on Business Development, Problem Solving & Decision Making.
