Indonesia State-Owned Enterprise Minister Appoints New Commissioners of Indonesia Re

Jakarta - The Ministry of State-Owned Enterprises (BUMN) has appointed a new Commissioner of PT. Reasuransi Indonesia Utama (Persero) or Indonesia Re on Friday (19/7). The BUMN Minister appointed Independent Commissioner Suwartomo as President Commissioner of Indonesia Re replacing Ali Masykur Musa and Budi Setyarso as Independent Commissioner of Indonesia Re replacing Suwartomo's previous position.
Taking place on the 13th floor of the BUMN Ministry Office, Jalan Medan Merdeka Selatan No. 13 Central Jakarta, the event was opened by the Deputy of the Ministry of BUMN for Financial Services, Survey Services and Consultants Gatot Trihargo at 09.00 WIB. The event was attended by the Board of Directors of Indonesia Re, the Board of Commissioners of Indonesia Re, and officials from the Ministry of BUMN.
Copy of Decree of the Minister of BUMN Number: SK-157 / MBU / 07/2019 concerning Dismissal, Transfer of Duties and Appointment of Members of the Board of Commissioners of a Limited Liability Company (Persero) PT. Main Indonesian Reinsurance was handed over by the Deputy of the Ministry of State-Owned Enterprises for Financial Services, Survey Services and Consultants.
The Decree of the Minister for State-Owned Enterprises (BUMN) starts effectively from July 19th 2019 Suwartomo has served as the President Commissioner of Indonesia Re and Budi Setyarso as the Independent Commissioner of Indonesia Re with the new provision that he can carry out his duties as a Commissioner after obtaining approval from the Financial Services Authority (OJK).
